Have you all ordered your Cricket Balls, and told me whether you want both your teams to play in the Knock Out, I must know by the end of this month. It is nearly too late to tell me that you have a Flower Show on your ground, but I will give you two more days.

Before the start of the season the League hope to run a short, (only two or three hours,) course for Scorers. I cannot see how any of you could possibly think that this would not be beneficial for your Club. Your Management Conunittee have been quite disappointed in the support that was given to the short course for Umpires, are you really all going to have an Umpire every week? Magnificent.

Watch out for the date of the meeting for Captains and Umpires which will be before the start of the season. This will probably coincide with the evening for the collection of your cricket balls. Remember, if you have not paid for your cricket balls you will not be able to collect them. The League Fee of £50 is due on March 1 st, and the Cricket Balls must be paid for before collection. You may pay with one cheque if you wish, please make it payable to Mid Bucks Cricket, not Kookaburra.
