Club information collected online must use the standard form that is part of the Mid Bucks web site (MidBucksCricket.org.uk). This form ensures that all information is gathered correctly and sent to the appropriate officials. Clubs must notify changes to the league as quickly as possible to ensure that communication is made to the correct person and Section 12 of the Constitution is complied with. The league web site will be updated with the club details as soon as possible after receipt. The form consists of a number of self explanatory parts.

Firstly select your club from the drop down list provided so that we know for which club the details are being sent!

The rest of the form consists of a number of boxes into which the appropriate information should be entered. You can access the boxes in sequence by pressing the [tab] key on the keyboard or by clicking into a box that you wish to use. You only need to send in information that has changed but please complete the {Name} boxes of any official that you are updating.


Club and Ground Details
Club: - select your club from the drop down list. Make sure that this is entered for every change
Web Site - type in your Web Site link. eg ourcricketclub.co.uk
Ground Location - type in the address and post code in the appropriate boxes.

Club Secretary Details
Name - Enter Name including any salutation eg Mr, Mrs, M/s.
E-Mail Address - enter e-mail address to which league can send correspondence.
Postal Address - type in the address and post code in the appropriate boxes.

Captains, Umpires & Welfare Offcer
Complete the following information in the correct boxes for captains, umpires and
welfare officer. Name - Enter Name including any salutation eg Mr, Mrs, M/s.
Telephone No.1 - Enter preferred telephone contact number.
Telephone No.2 - Enter any alternative telephone number.
